The 2015 holiday season is officially upon us and you know what that means -- it's time for the Hallmark Channel's annual Countdown to Christmas! Year after year the network curates one of the best lineups of original holiday-themed movies on television, and this year is no different.

According to Hallmark's website the Countdown to Christmas event kicked off on Nov. 1 with "'Tis the Season for Love," which starred Sarah Lancaster and Brendan Penny. Since then, they've aired two holiday films each weekend. This trend will continue well into December. So for those of you just getting in the holiday spirit, here's a list of all the holiday movies airing on the Hallmark Channel's Countdown to Christmas this December:

  • "Just in Time for Christmas" -- The film follows a young psychology professor as she's forced to decide between true love and the opportunity of a lifetime. Fortunately, with the help of a Coachman and a little Christmas magic, her decision becomes much clearer. Eloise Mumford, Michael Stahl-David, William Shatner and Christopher Lloyd star. The movie airs Saturday, Dec. 5, at 1 p.m. EST.

  • "Karen Kingsbury's The Bridge" -- After their friendship takes a turn for the romantic two friends must decide whether their love can survive tough outside influences. Katie Findlay, Wyatt Nash, Ted McGinley and Faith Ford star. The movie airs Sunday, Dec. 6, at 9 p.m. EST.

  • "On The Twelfth Day of Christmas" -- After longtime crush Mitch moves into town Maggie learns he's lost his love of Christmas. She sets out on a mission to restore his usual holiday cheer with 12 special Christmas gifts and tasks that bring them closer than ever before. Brooke Nevin and Robin Dunne star. The movie airs Saturday, Dec. 12, at 8 p.m. EST.

  • "A Christmas Melody" -- After falling on hard times talented designer and recent divorcee Kristin (Lacey Chabert) is forced to close her boutique in upscale Manhattan and relocate back to her quaint hometown to live in her parents' former home. Things go from bad to worse when she runs into Melissa (Mariah Carey), an old rival from high school, who is on a mission to make her miserable. Fortunately, she's able to lean on an old friend who helps her find her place in the small Ohio town. The movie premieres Saturday, Dec. 19, at 8 p.m. EST.

  • "Christmas Land" -- After inheriting a Christmas tree farm Jules (Nikki DeLoach) is certain she wants to sell it for profit -- at least until she takes a second look at the piece of land. She finds herself head over heels with the location as well as the people, specifically a young lawyer named Tucker (Luke MacFarlane). The film also stars Maureen McCormick and airs Sunday, Dec. 20, at 8 p.m. EST. [Trailer not available]
