Helena Bonham Carter, known for her role as Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter movies and for her performance as the King's wife in Oscar-winning The King's Speech is the new face of Marc Jacobs.

The British actress is often critiqued for her odd sense of style but it seems Marc Jacobs, who was just given the CFDA's Lifetime Achievement Award liked it. Carter was seen wearing Marc Jacobs earlier this year at the SAG Awards and was also included on Vanity Fair's 2011 best-dressed list. The magazine called her style exquisite self expression.

Photos of Carter's campaign for the fashion house were leaked and the actress was seen wearing a pink sequined dress with polka dot tights and a pill box hat. The pieces are part of the Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 2011 collection.

Marc Jacobs is known for using celebs for his advertorial campaigns, most notably a 13-year-old Dakota Fanning and fashion icon Victoria Beckham.

Carter will appear in the final installment of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II which hits theaters on July 15.

Below is a look at Carter's unique sense of style.
