Family values Republican Michael Duvall was unknowingly caught on tape during a state senate hearing discussing, in very graphic terms, affairs he was having with two different women at the same time.

In the latest scandal to hit California, the married Orange County state representative has been having an affair with energy company lobbyist Heidi DeJong Barsuglia.

Barsuglia is 19 years younger than the Duvall, 54, and father of two children.

Duvall, speaking to a relatively mum Republican colleague seated to his left, apparently had no idea his dais microphone became live beginning about a minute before the start of a cable-televised committee hearing. He was captured in the middle of recounting portions of an affair.
