Heidi Montag's performance at the Miss Universe 2009 pageant sparked criticism from entertainment outlets on Monday who said there was no singing and plenty of Britney-wannabe dance moves.

For her first live performance, Montag dressed in tight nude-colored pants and a jacked which she later removed to uncover a matching bra. Montag lip-synchronized her single Body language from her self-titled debut album which will be released in September.
