Good news for “Jane the Virgin” fans, The CW series has just been renewed for a fourth season!

“Jane the Virgin” will be one of the seven returning shows this fall, according to Deadline. Other shows include “Arrow” (Season 6), “The Flash” (Season 4), “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” (Season 3), “Supergirl” (Season 3) and “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” (Season 3).

Naturally, the cast of “Jane the Virgin” are thrilled over the development. Lead star Gina Rodriguez, who plays Jane Gloriana Villanueva, posted a photo on her Instagram page celebrating the renewal.

Her co-star Yael Grobglas, who plays her frenemy Petra Solano, has a different celebration in mind. She plans to eat boxes of pannettone, which is a type of sweet bread loaf originally from Milan.

As for Jamie Camil, who plays Jane’s charismatic father Rogelio Dela Vega, he thanked everybody who supported “Jane the Virgin.”

Earlier, Rodriguez told Access Hollywood that there will be some changes in Jane’s character this Season 3. “I’m off to Thailand to train at a muay thai training camp. It’s for Jane. There’s a transformation that happens in Jane’s life, so I’m going to go prepare for it,” she teased.

But as to what this transformation might be, Rodriguez remained tight-lipped. It’s possible that her transformation might be related to her husband Michael Cordero’s (Brett Dier) changing profession. Michael expressed the desire to leave his job as a cop and give stand-up comedy a whirl.

Or will she get a new job herself? “Gossip Girl” alum Kelly Rutherford played a high-profile publisher who hired Jane as her second assistant, but she tanked her interview when she pretended to know something she has no clue about.

“Jane the Virgin” Season 3 airs every Monday at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
