Temuera Morrison, actor who played Jango Fett in the Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones movie, was asked by his niece to attend her prom party in Rotorua New Zealand.

The party theme was Star Wars and the actor obliged by making a guest appearance at the prom.

The New Zealand Herald reports, “ Morrison… was asked to go to the Western Heights ball on Friday by his niece Ngatai Bennett, a student there.
“Ngatai told only a few people, as she wanted it to be a surprise for everyone on the night. Morrison presented awards for best dressed ball-goers and ball king and queen.”

Morrison’s earliest film appearances include Never Say Die, Once Were Warriors, for which he won the best male performance awards from the New Zealand Film and TV Awards. He has appeared in supporting roles in Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) and The Beautiful Country (2004).

Morrison has received much popularity from his role as the bounty hunter Jango Fett in Star Wars Episode II Attak Of The Clones. He was also the voice of Boba Fett,in the re-release of the Star Wars trilogy (DVD). He is the voice of Jango and Bona Fett and the clones in almost all Star Wars games
His latest roles include Abin Sur in the 2011 superhero film Green Lantern and he plays Doctor in the TV series Spartacus; Gods Of The Arena.
