“Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans is expecting her second child, new husband Courtland Rogers recently announced.

The child is Rogers' and Evans' first together; the couple married in December after just a few months of dating, according to Us Weekly.

Rogers revealed exclusively to Star magazine that Evans is approximately six weeks pregnant and is due Sept. 4.

“Me and Jenelle are so happy that she’s pregnant,” Rogers told Star. “She told me, ‘I’m looking forward to a second chance.’”

Evans is infamous for her tumultuous life on and off screen of the reality show “Teen Mom,” which chronicled the birth of her first child from a previous relationship, Jace, 3.

The reality star has since lost custody of Jace to her mother due to various drug scandals and arrests, according to the Daily Mail.

Rogers also has a child from a previous relationship, JaJa, who is currently in the custody of his ex-girlfriend. He says Janelle hopes being a good mother to their new baby will help her regain custody of her first child.

“She thinks if she can prove that she’s a good mother, she can get Jace back,” he told Star.

Most recently, Evans has been attempting to clean up her image after a Twitter feud with former boss James Duffy culminated in him posting nude photos of her onto the social media website.

Evans shared on Twitter a photo of herself made over with the caption, “So I'm looking and feeling quite gorgeous today.”

She and Rogers had also reportedly had some relationship trouble earlier this month; at one point Evans announced that she was single, according to Us.

However, Rogers later clarified on Twitter that they have reconciled.

"For the record, I never broke up with Jenelle," Rogers tweeted Jan. 1. "We took a day break with our families to enjoy time with them. I love her with all my heart."

Evans has not yet commented on her pregnancy, but she did retweet Radar Online’s tweet blast about Rogers' interview.
