Jennifer Garner All Smiles While Hanging Out And Hugging With Mystery Man In L.A.

Jennifer Garner ushered in the first week of 2016 by hanging out with a mystery man in Los Angeles on Monday, Jan. 4.

The “Catch and Release” actress was spotted being friendly with a mystery man while inside an SUV parked near the Country Mart shops in Brentwood, Entertainment Tonight reported. Garner was seated on the passenger seat while her guy friend was at the driver’s side. The two reportedly had an animated 30-minute conversation, where Garner hugged the man twice before alighting from the vehicle.

Garner was also photographed sharing a laugh with the mystery man after she stepped out of the parked SUV, according to pictures secured by Entertainment Tonight. Ben Affleck’s estranged wife was also all smiles as she walked away from the car. She also sported a casual look during Monday's meet, with a black shirt, skinny jeans and black flats.

Fans hoping that Garner has found a new love will be disappointed, since the mystery man that the actress met was her friend and accountant, a source told Entertainment Tonight. The source shared that there is nothing romantic happening between the two and that they are just friends.

Meanwhile, it has been six months since Garner and Affleck announced their separation, after 10 years of marriage. Since then, the two stars have been spotted on several occasions as they spent time together with their children. The former Hollywood couple also reunited during the Christmas holidays so that their three kids namely Violet, Seraphina and Samuel could have a festive family gathering.

Affleck and Garner have been committed to take care of their three children and has presented a united front for their sake. A source told Us Weekly that the two are “almost never together alone” without any of their kids present. “They don’t hang out,” the source added. “It’s a cordial relationship.”

The children also are very happy with their current arrangement, where Affleck is staying in a renovated guesthouse inside the former couple’s 3 acre Brentwood estate, another insider shared with Us Weekly. “The kids are happiest that way, so Ben and Jen are going to continue on this path for now,” the insider explained.
