Jennifer Garner believes that her marriage with Ben Affleck can be saved, nearly seven months after announcing their divorce, Radar Online reported Tuesday. Garner and Affleck have been spending time together post the announcement leading to speculation that the two were planning to reconcile.

“Jen really thinks there is a chance they can fix their relationship,” a source told Radar Online. However, Affleck was not too keen on getting back with Garner, the insider told the gossip website.

After the two announced last June they were divorcing, rumors of a cheating scandal surfaced. Affleck allegedly had an affair with his children’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian, which he denied.

“He [Affleck] wants nothing to do with getting back together,” the source said. “Ben’s being good and not going out in public much these days, so she has this glimmer of hope they can make it work,” the insider added.

According to Radar Online, Garner is confused about her relationship with Affleck after parting ways because the two have been spending time together. But, the source told the website that those close to Affleck believe that the couple is not likely to reconcile.

Garner and Affleck, both 43, have not filed for divorce because they’re said to be mediating privately before making their divorce official. The two were reported to have celebrated their first Christmas post split in Montana instead of their home in Los Angeles.
