Jennifer Hudson may have just fired back at Tina Knowles after Beyonce’s mom accidentally dissed her on Instagram.

Just this week, Knowles liked a comment dissing Hudson. Immediately after, she received criticism from the “American Idol” alum’s fans. Two days later, Knowles announced that she will be taking a break from Instagram after also clarifying that she doesn’t have anything against the singer. Knowles’ lengthy post was accompanied by a short but very stunning video of a sunset. The mom of Beyonce and Solange added that her children have already warned her about using social media. She was also told by her daughters to use her accounts more carefully.

Meanwhile, even though Knowles has already clarified that she doesn’t have anything against Hudson, the latter still decided to give her two cents on the issue. Her short but cryptic post served as a reminder to herself, as well as her fans. Since 2017 is just right around the corner, the singer said that no one’s ugly should ever be allowed to trample on your beautiful. The post has since received more than 13,000 likes on Instagram.

In other news, Hudson recently starred in the hit musical “Hairspray Live!” which aired on NBC on Dec. 7. Ahead of her performance, the former reality TV star spoke with Parade to share her excitement over her latest venture.

Hudson said that when she was offered the chance to play a character in the show, she didn’t need any more convincing because she was immediately on board. “The art of it alone is a reason to want to be a part of it. ‘Hairspray’ is a musical classic, and the undertones of what the story is about are the icing on the cake,” she said.
