John Legend showed he’s a perfect husband when he took care of wife Chrissy Teigen while she was sick.

The “All of Me” crooner took over the kitchen on Sunday night to cook his pregnant supermodel wife a yummy tuna casserole dish, according to E!News. Teigen shared a picture of him on Instagram showing him gathering the necessary ingredients for dinner. She captioned the image, “John making my jalapeno chip topped tuna casserole for Sunday dinner! Not feeling great… thank u for taking over the kitchen, papa!”

The couple in October announced on Instagram they are expecting their first child, People magazine reported. Teigen uploaded a black and white picture of herself lying on a couch while Legend had her hand on her then-flat stomach. The two were all smiles in the picture. The caption: “John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant.”

She added they had been “trying to have a baby for a while now” and that the journey “hasn’t been easy” but they kept on trying because they wanted to “grow [their] family.”

“We can't wait to bring our first child into the world,” she continued. “We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly-touching!”

Teigen also revealed late last month that Legend is already composing a song for their baby, Entertainment Weekly reported. Teigen shared during her FABLife talk show that Legend originally had no plans to write a song for their unborn child. However, the singer soon changed his mind and told Teigen that he was composing one already. Teigen said, “Yesterday he texted me, he’s like, ‘Writing a song for our baby.’”

Grammy winner Legend has been inspired by his family before. His mega-hit “All of Me” was written for Teigen before the two tied the knot in 2013.
