A Pennsylvania judge ordered reality TV star Jon Gosselin to return $180,000 to a joint bank account he shares with estranged wife Kate Gosselin, People Magazine reported Tuesday, citing a source close to Kate.

The judge ordered Jon to return the money by October 26 or face potential contempt charges.

As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children, Kate said in a statement through her lawyer Mark Momjian on Tuesday.

The judge also ordered Kate to provide a detailed account of past expenses by October 26.

Jon and Kate appeared today before a Montgomery Courthouse in Pennsylvania to battle over $230,000 Jon allegedly withdrew from their joint bank account. The remaining sum of $55,000 will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date, Kate's lawyer said.
