Now that “Jurassic World” has finished taking movie fans by storm, all eyes are looking ahead to the 2018 sequel. Although the writers are currently hard at work penning the script, they’ve reportedly shared some details about the plot with the cast.

Speaking to E! Online in an interview at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival, actress Bryce Dallas Howard, who played the uptight corporate executive Claire in the 2015 blockbuster, gave fans their first hints at what to expect in the sequel. Her character’s biggest claim to fame in the fourth installment of the popular dinosaur franchise was the fact that she survived the ordeal while wearing high heels. When asked if the trademark footwear would return, she joked that she was done with that look.

“Actually, to answer that question seriously, Claire is a different person now,” the actress said. “The person she is at the end of the movie is not the person she was in the beginning. Her armor of sorts was that white, pristine outfit with heels in a very corporate environment. The chick at the end is totally different. So, there better not be heels!”

Howard says the information about her character came directly from “Jurassic World” director Colin Trevorrow, who is writing the script for the sequel along with Derek Connolly. It was previously revealed that Trevorrow wouldn’t return to the director’s chair opting instead to executive produce. However, he is writing the script and The Wall Street Journal reports that principal stars Chris Pratt and Howard will be returning for whatever the sequel has in store for their characters.

As previously reported, Trevorrow has shared more hints about the upcoming movie, beyond that of the Claire's wardrobe. Speaking to Wired U.K. in July 2015, the director mentioned that “Jurassic World” accomplished what he wanted in terms of exploring the relationship between commodities, like a dinosaur theme park, and the modern consumer. Now, he hopes to branch out and use the ensuing sequels to explore humanity’s relationship with animals. He even went as far as to tease that dinosaurs may end up being used as weapons, which was heavily foreshadowed in “Jurassic World.”
