Justin Bieber, followed by Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan, top the Forbes list of Most Overexposed Celebrities, which was released Tuesday.

Bieber, who ranked ninth on Forbes' recent Celebrity 100 list with an estimated $58 million in earnings last year, made it to the top of the overexposed celebrities list after constantly making headlines, following an egg-throwing incident in California and a DUI arrest in Miami. According to Forbes, Bieber is an unusual inclusion on the list, which is usually dominated by reality stars.

Forbes teamed up with E-Poll Research that ranks 6,600 celebrities based on 46 attributes through public-opinion polling.

"When we began tracking attributes in 2001, being 'overexposed' was the kiss of death for any celebrity," Gerry Philpott, president of E-Poll Market Research, reportedly said. "In today's reality show world, however, it's a badge of honor as it fuels the fire that keeps programs going from season to season."

The pop singer earned a 67 percent over-exposed rating, leaving behind the second of the three Kardashian sisters, who scored a 61 percent rating. Lindsay Lohan, who is the subject of the latest reality show on the Oprah Winfrey Network, came in third with a 59 percent rating. The troubled actress' show, which debuted last Sunday, reportedly drew in 693,000 viewers.

Miley Cyrus came in fourth with 57 percent respondents considering her to be overexposed while Honey Boo Boo, a child beauty pageant contestant with her own reality show, in fifth place with 56 percent of the votes.

Kris Jenner, the mother of the Kardashian sisters, who recently has been taking some of the spotlight away from her daughters, received a 55 percent overexposed rating bringing her to sixth place, to tie with television personality, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

Actress and socialite Paris Hilton ranked eight while the other two Kardashian sisters also made the list. Kourtney ranked ninth with a 50 percent rating and Khloe ranked No. 10 with 49 percent.
