Kate Middleton looks amazing after giving birth to her second child, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, on May 2, and it’s partially because the Duchess of Cambridge hired a personal trainer in London who worked with her during her pregnancy. The royal mom reportedly followed a specialized fitness routine and diet while she was pregnant with her daughter.

According to a report from People on Wednesday, the unnamed trainer is well known for having an exclusive clientele of A-list celebrities, including members of the royal family and executives. The trainer is said to have been “brought on board while she was pregnant and is super discreet."

"It's a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price,” a source told the magazine. "The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person once a week.”

But it's not only exercise that Middleton has to thank for her postpartum figure. Middleton reportedly eats a relatively clean diet and is no stranger to juicing, Us Weekly reported in May. Her sister, Pippa Middleton, is even said to have arranged for the Duchess to receive fresh vegetable and fruit juices every three days after giving birth.

"She's buying fresh local produce," a source told US Weekly. "All organic."

Middleton, 33, gave birth to the 8-pound, 3-ounce infant on May 2 at St. Mary's Hospital in London. Princess Charlotte is the fourth in line to the British throne after her grandfather, Prince Charles; Middleton's husband, Prince William; and Charlotte's older brother, Prince George, who was born in 2013.

Her Royal Highness Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge was partly named after her late grandmother, Princess Diana, who died in a 1997 car crash in Paris at the age of 36.
