Kate Middleton is not afraid to wear her dresses again.

On Wednesday, the Duchess of Cambridge visited Reach Academy in Feltham, west London. Middleton was visiting the school as royal patron of Place2Be, a charity that provides mental health services to children. The organization supports 282 schools in the UK, New.com.au reported.

Prince William's wife arrived in a floral print dress by Seraphine that gave a glimpse of her growing baby bump. She covered it with a midnight-blue Hobbs coat and matched it with black heels.

According to People, Seraphine is one of Middleton's go-to brands for maternity dresses. The blue and green floral print dress is retailed at $85, but what she wore was not new.

Middleton has used the same dress multiple times when she was still pregnant with Princess Charlotte in 2015. In fact, she also wore it around the same time of her current pregnancy.

During Middleton's visit at the academy, she joined the children in their art activities. She also listened how the school works with the students and their parents. The organization believes that communication between home and school is important for the students' progress.

Kensington Palace shared a few snaps of Middleton's visit at the academy. The photos featured the duchess talking with a group of teen students and doing arts with the kids. Another snap showed Middleton caressing a puppy named Bear that the school has trained to be a therapy dog for their pupils.

The Duchess of Cambridge is popular for rewearing her ensemble. In fact, in their family portrait for their Christmas card, Middleton also recycled her pale blue dress.

In the snap, the Cambridges wear pale blue coordinated clothing. Middleton opted to wear her Catherine Walker suit. The dress is filled with feminine accouterments that include a peplum belted waist and a peter pan collar. It looks perfect on the expectant royal mom.

Middleton was first seen in that dress in her first solo overseas trip to the Netherlands when she met King Willem-Alexander at Villa Eikenhorst. Then she wore it again on Camilla Parker-Bowles 70th birthday in July.
