Kate Middleton and Prince William may have left the United States, but everyone is still in a royal frenzy. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s three-day trip in New York came to a close on Tuesday, Dec. 9, with a gala event for the 600th Anniversary of St. Andrews University, their alma mater where they first met.

Kate, who is pregnant with her second child, stunned in a dark blue Jenny Packham gown that she wore twice before – first in October 2013 for the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Benefit Gala in London, and again in Feb. 2014 for the Portrait Gala in London. But the real eye catcher from her ensemble was the emerald and diamond earrings she paired with the dress.
