Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are still a couple, although they’ve been plagued with breakup rumors recently. It was reported earlier this week that Holmes had ended her three-year relationship with Foxx, but a new report claims the private couple is still going strong.

According to Us Weekly, multiple sources confirmed that Foxx and the “Dawson’s Creek” alum have not split. “They are for sure still together,” one source said.

On Monday, Radar Online reported that the pair’s relationship ended because of his refusal to go public. “He’s asked for a few months out and made no promises he’ll be available after that,” a source told the outlet. “It’s heartbreaking for Katie, who would marry him in a heartbeat if he were keen. She’s hoping he’ll change his mind and come running back, which to be fair he’s done numerous times before.”

Holmes has reportedly been quietly dating Foxx since October 2013, one year after she ended her marriage to Tom Cruise. Holmes and Foxx have never publicly confirmed they are dating, but in June the actor/singer’s close friend and former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Claudia Jordan slipped and told a reporter that Foxx was “very happy” with Holmes. The Bravo alum later recanted her comment telling Entertainment Tonight that she “misspoke” and “never saw them together.”

Although Holmes and Foxx prefer to keep their romance under the radar, the pair has been spotted out together on several different occasions. In August, it was reported that the “Batman Begins” actress was seen backstage while he was performing with Barbra Streisand at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. “They left from the dressing room area a few minutes apart from each other but she was hanging out in his dressing room with him after the show,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.
