Katy Perry Says She Is Single And Is Looking For Love On Tinder; Unrecognizable In ‘Birthday’ Video

Katy Perry is single and is looking for love on the mobile dating app Tinder, the 29-year-old singer told Power 105.1's 'The Breakfast Club.’

The “Dark Horse” hitmaker who split from John Mayer in February after dating off and on for two years confirmed that she is back on the market

"Uh, yes I am, hello," Perry reportedly said when asked if she was still single. She added: "I'm really deep on Tinder so I don't have a whole lot of time."

Following her break with Mayer, a source told E! News that the singer's upcoming world tour was a big issue for the former couple, as Perry was putting her work first. Since the breakup, the singer has been "doing really good," a source told E! News. "She is in great spirits right now." The singer was spotted getting cozy with music producer Diplo at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., earlier this month.

Perry was married to comedian Russell Brand in 2010, and after 14 months of their marriage Brand filed for a divorce which legally ended the marriage in July 2012.

"Katy is focused on her tour right now. She is not allowing anything to distract her from it," an insider reportedly said about Perry.

Perry recently shocked many with her unrecognizable look in her new “Birthday” video.
