An intruder at the Hollywood Hills home of actor Keanu Reeves was taken into custody, making it the second such instance in two days, TMZ reported Tuesday. The intruder -- a woman -- was reportedly discovered by a cleaning team, after she stripped off and jumped in the pool.

The woman reportedly gained access to the 50-year-old actor’s home after a member of the cleaning crew left the gates open, media reports said, citing law enforcement officials. The woman reportedly took a shower and got in the pool when a cleaner spotted her and informed local police. She was reportedly taken for a psychiatric evaluation. The actor, who was not in the house at the time, was also reportedly informed about the incident.

In the first incident, TMZ reported that “The Matrix” star was sleeping when he heard strange noises coming from his library and found a woman, in her mid-40s, silently sitting in a chair. The woman was "behaving erratically and was taken to a medical facility to be evaluated," police officials reportedly said. Officials also said that they were investigating the intrusion.

The actor's "Speed" co-star Sandra Bullock was also in a similar situation back in June, when a man gained entry into the Oscar winner's home in the middle of the night. The “Gravity” star spotted the suspect in the hallway when she opened her bedroom door, police officials said, according to media reports.
