Kourtney Kardashian originally wanted to give birth to her daughter in the comfort of her own home, but after witnessing a home water birth on Sunday night's episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," the oldest of the K-clan changed her tune.

In the beginning of the episode no one from her family was on the oldest Kardashian sister's side. Even longtime boyfriend Scott Disick didn't want see his second child born at home.

"I don't want to be thinking that kid is coming out of that little secret place that I like to go to when I'm lonely [at] night. I want to think of it as my little playground," Disick joked.

In the promotional commercial for the episode he was shown saying Kardashian would have to be committed to an insane asylum.

But Disick changed his tune after he spoke with a team of specialists.

"I'll be honest, I thought this whole thing was a little bit crazy until I heard all this. But it does make sense. If people could have kids in caves hundreds and hundreds of years ago, why not do it at your house?"

But sisters Kim and Khloe could not be swayed. "You're going to traumatize your son. He's going to be traumatized for life," they told her.

Kourtney Kardashian was invited to watch an at-home water birth but was scarred for life. The famous sister of Kim Kardashian witnessed a calm pregnant woman turn panic-stricken and beg for help during her at-home water delivery.

Even though she at first thought it seemed "like a really great idea," the pregnant Kardashian changed her mind after she finally witnessed a home birth.

"It's just very intense and scary those screams of pain are terrifying," Kourtney said. "Tortuous screams that will stay with me for the rest of my life."

"I just don't think that a water birth is what I want to do now. Even though I think the experience at home would be so amazing -- when it's your child's life that is involved -- I just don't think I would take that risk," Kourtney explained. "After witnessing this amazing water birth I have decided that it's not for me. I just know how peaceful my birth experience was, that I don't want to change it for the world."

"Be at the hospital in case of an emergency," Khloe said, and Kourtney agreed.

On July 9, Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to a girl named Penelope Scotland Disick.
