Kelly Osbourne has come a long way ever since she first began her career on one of MTV's first celebrity reality shows, "The Osbournes."

Everybody can remember hearing the famous Ozzy yell "Sharon!" or all of the profanity that was a daily part of the Osbourne life, and, oh yeah, nobody can forget Kelly's awful fashion choices.

Throughout the series, Kelly sported a bright-pink pixie cut and often wore clothing that didn't fit well or match.

When she released her first single, a cover of Madonna's "Papa Don't Preach," the then-unrefined fashionista ran around the MTV Music Awards' stage in Converse, baggy capris, and a shirt and jacket that didn't fit her.

For her next single, "Shut Up," she dyed her hair and donned some pearls, but she was still a far cry away from where she is today.

After Osbourne was dropped from Epic records in 2003 (according to Us Weekly), even though her album was surprisingly successful, the reality star began to dabble in some acting, but she essentially dropped off everyone's radar for a moment.

During those years, she took some time to hone in on her style and emerged with a new, more mature, yet still funky look that shocked the masses.

Kelly Osbourne had grown up, and she was ready to flaunt it. It also helped that the star decided to get fit and dropped some excess pounds.

After hosting multiple gigs, Osbourne got her break into fashion when she hosted a weekly fashion show with Joan Rivers on E!, "Fashion Police." Osbourne reportedly said it was a "dream come true" to work with Rivers.

Osbourne really became recognized for her style when fashion commenter Steven Cojocaru gave her a compliment. He compared Christina Aguilera with Kelly Osbourne for being on the "Best and Worst Dressed" list from People magazine.

About Christina Aguilera, he said, "What she wore to the MTV Awards -- that sort of runaway streetwalker look, 'I just got off the Greyhound bus, and I have to make some quick cash.'"

About Kelly Osbourne, he said, "On anybody else, you would scream, 'Fashion victim.' The fashion-victim alarm would go off, but with Kelly Osbourne -- she does it with such pluck."

In 2009, Osbourne even joined the cast of "Dancing with the Stars," one of America's top-rated shows -- ever since then, essentially, she's been working lavender hair and rocking it.
