After spending more than a month in prison “Lockjaw” rapper Kodak Black, real name Dieuson Octave, has been released, but he isn’t in the clear yet.

The rapper was released from St. Lucie County jail in Florida on Monday only to be transferred to South Carolina to face a sex charge, the Sun Sentinel reports. “It does say that he has been turned over to South Carolina via the Florence County Sheriff’s Office,” said Bryan Beaty, head of the Public Office of Information at the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office.

The rapper’s original jail sentence came after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis, plus a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kodak was sentenced to spend 120 days behind bars. Due to time served in the month of August and September, he was allowed to be released at the end of November. As for the sex charge, the alleged incident occurred in February.

“On or about Feb. 7, 2016, Octave is alleged to have engaged in the sexual battery of the victim at a hotel located at 2120 West Lucas Street, Florence, SC,” the Florence County Sheriff’s Office said in an August statement.

At 19 years old, Kodak Black has been rapping since 2009 but saw his buzz grow in 2015 when “One Dance” rapper Drake posted a video of himself dancing along to Kodak’s song, “Skrt.” The rapper was then featured on French Montana’s 2016 song “Lockjaw” and was also named to XXL’s 2016 Freshman Class list.

Although the rapper hasn’t spoken much about his jail time, a hip-hop producer Dubba-AA said he spoke to Kodak who said he would be coming home soon.
