It hasn't been a good year for Lamborghinis. Back in April, a Lamborghini Aventador spontaneously combusted and caught on fire in California.

This time, a yellow Lamborghini Gallardo, estimated to be worth $225,000, is the latest viral hit on the Internet after a crash was caught on video in the Chicago area by onlookers.

Witnesses, who uploaded the video to YouTube on May 13, assumed the car would take off in full speed after the traffic signal turned green, as the driver revved the Lamborghini's engine at the red light. However, the Lambo did not impress as it veered off to the left and became wedged between two cars, a Honda Cr-V and a Mercury Grand Marquis, as seen in the video. The person recording the video made a U-turn to see the crash up close while others in the area and surrounding cars stopped to survey the damage, which appears to be minimal.

According to Yahoo Autos, the crash happened in Wheeling, Ill.

Since it was uploaded to YouTube by user DrCinadr on May 13, the video of the Lamborghini crash has garnered nearly 3.5 million views.
