Liam Hemsworth may not be a household name just yet but that's all about to change.

This weekend The Hunger Games opened to record numbers at the box office and had the highest grossing opening weekend (for a non-sequel) in movie history! For Hemsworth, that means he is no longer known simply as Miley Cyrus's boyfriend but as a full fledged movie star.

Though engagement rumors have been swirling, the star has yet to confirm plans to walk down the aisle.
