Shocking video footage of Chicago-based Lil Reese has made its way on the Internet showing the rapper beating up a young woman.

The cell phone video of Lil Reese, a member of Chief Keef’s Glory Boys Entertainment (GBE) clique, shows the rapper in a verbal battle with a young woman before the fight got violent.

The video was first posted by World Star Hip Hop on Thursday and has over 50,000 views as of the late morning. However, Lil Reese, who recently signed with a major record label, said the video is from years ago.

"The haters tryna see a mf Dwn lol Dey gotta b broke and bored wanna upload sum s--t from years ago d--nn we winnin it's 2 late...#3hunna," Reese tweeted Thursday. “Dis wat doin betta den da next mf bring small shit it's nothin time 2 turn Uppp fuck it...‪#3hunna.”

According to SOHH.com, the young woman in the video is Lil Reese’s “baby mama.” The two exchange insults in the video and then move on to threats before exchanging slaps.

Along with fans of the rapper, another Chicago-based rapper, 13-year-old Lil Mouse, joined in on the discussion on Twitter about the video.

#WouldYouRather take the A-town stomp to the face by Lil reese or The uppercut from the bus driver?” he wrote, in reference to the viral video of a Cleveland bus driver delivering an uppercut to a female passenger.

In the beginning of October, Lil Reese released a mixtape with DJ Drama and Don Canon called “Don’t Like” with his single "Us” remixed by Rick Ross and Drake.

Warning: The video contains violence and profanity.
