Linda Hogan Arrested For DUI As Hulk Hogan And Heather Clem Sex Tape Circulates

It’s been a rough week for the Hogan family. First, a sex tape featuring Hulk Hogan and allegedly Heather Clem, who was married to his best friend, circulated on the Internet. Then, his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, was arrested for DUI.

According to TMZ, Hogan, whose real name is Linda Bollea, was arrested early Thursday morning for suspicious of driving under the influence, with a blood alcohol level of .084. The police report said Hoagn was put behind bars but later was released on a $5,000 bail.

A rep for Hogan told TMZ that she “sincerely regrets the arrest.” Hogan was reportedly on her way home from a jewelry function in Los Angeles, where she had one glass of champagne. The rep said the drink was on an empty stomach and antibiotics she was taking “exacerbated the effects.” Despite claims from a worker at the jail, the publicist said Hogan was not busted for driving on a suspended license.

Meanwhile, a secret sex tape made its round on the Internet after Gawker posted a portion of the 30-minute long video, showing 59-year-old Hulk Hogan, whose rela name is Terry Bollea, engaging in sexual conduct with Heather Clem. According to Gawker, Clem was married to Hogan’s best friend, famous radio DJ Bubba the Love Sponge.

"Terry Bollea is appalled at the unauthorized release of a secretly filmed video,” his lawyer David Houston told TMZ. "[Hulk] neither approved of the filming nor the release of the same. It is clearly an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust if it is genuine. We will take all necessary steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability.”

According to Gawker, the video was first mentioned to gossip sites back in April but an unnamed source gave Gawker the tape.

“They wanted no payment. They wanted no credit. Their only request was that we watch it,” Gawker said.

Hogan has been married to wife Jennifer McDaniel since 2010 after splitting from ex-wife, Linda Hogan, in 2009 after rumors he cheated.
