Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron was to hold crisis talks on Tuesday after three nights of riots in London, Reuters reported

The unrest that spread to three other cities saw looting and arson by masked, hooded youths. Cars were set alight, shopping centers were wrecked and streets were left with ashes in many parts of London.
