Teairra Mari, one of the stars on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,” is known for her feisty attitude and drink-tossing catfights, but her short fuse could land the singer behind bars. According to TMZ, Mari was charged with battery, theft and vandalism on Friday stemming from a July fight with a Los Angeles Uber driver. The site reports the “Deserve” singer could possibly face a little jail time over the incident.

Mari was arrested earlier this summer after she allegedly attacked an Uber driver. A report from TMZ at the time stated Mari had just finished lunch at Crustacean in Beverly Hills when she called for an Uber to pick her up. Once inside the car, the reality star asked the driver if she could use his cellphone charger to plug in her iPhone.

Apparently, the driver told Mari no and she lost her temper. The driver claims the VH1 star started punching him and took the phone charger from him. Mari claims she “tapped” the man because he was being rude and called her a “f----king prostitute.” The alleged altercation forced the Uber driver to pull over, where he promptly told Mari to get out of the vehicle. When she refused the police were called and the driver made a citizen’s arrest. Reportedly, police said they found the driver’s phone charger in Mari’s purse.

As previously reported, Mari is returning for Season 2 of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.” Unfortunately, her run-in with the Uber driver won’t be the only trouble Mari gets into it. In a supertease trailer, the singer is seen fighting Ray J’s girlfriend Princess Love.
