In what could be one of the most lopsided games of the day the LSU Tigers take on the Idaho Vandals Saturday at Tiger Stadium.

The game begins at 8pm on ESPN and you can watch a live online stream at ESPN3.

In their first two wins LSU has posted 41 points each time and decimated Washington 41-3 last week. Armed with a three-headed running attack of sophomore Kenny Hilliard, junior Alfred Blue, and junior Spencer Ware, the Tigers rushed for 242 yards and four touchdowns.

Quarterback Zach Mettenberger went 12-for-18 for 195 yards and one touchdown, and the Tigers defense held Washington to 183 total yards, and only gave up 26 rushing yards.

"Those dudes are beasts back there," Mettenberger said of LSU's running backs. "They just really pounded (Washington's) defensive line. That just makes them really tired. The key there is that makes it easier to pass because they are tired and can't rush as hard as they would like. I know I saw that tonight. That's just LSU football and how we want to play each and every week."

Idaho is still searching for their first win as they fell on the road to Bowling Green 21-13 last week. Quarterback Dominique Blackman threw for 352 yards on 30-for-37 passing, but a costly interception in the third quarter spoiled an otherwise strong performance.

The Falcons closed the third quarter with a 29-yard rush and 15-yard reception for touchdowns to clinch the win.

The Vandals' managed only six rushing yards against the Falcons, who gained the lead midway through the first quarter and never relinquished.

Betting Odds: LSU is favored by 42.5 points; Over/Under: 55 points

Prediction: LSU's already stout rushing defense will dominate Idaho's offensive line, and as long as Mettenberger prevents any turnovers, the Tigers should steamroll to a victory.

Predicted Score: LSU 52, Idaho 6
