‘Lucifer’
Will Lucifer (Tom Ellis) continue to have a relationship with Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) after he tells her the truth about what happened to her in “Lucifer” Season 3, episode 2? Fox

“Lucifer” Season 3, episode 2 will see the return of the real Charlotte Richards (Tricia Helfer).

In the finale episode of Season 2, Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) mom returned to heaven and left Charlotte’s body behind. Over the past several weeks, she possessed Charlotte’s body so that she could have a somewhat normal life in Los Angeles with Lucifer and Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside). In the promo for Season 3, episode 2, a seemingly clueless Charlotte may finally learn what exactly happened to her in the previous weeks.

Elsewhere in the teaser for “The One With the Baby Carrot,” a shady Marcus Pierce (Tom Welling) seems to be stalking Lucifer and watching his every move. In episode 2, details about Marcus’ past will be unveiled.

While speaking with TV Line, co-showrunner Joe Henderson said that the new detective has a direct connection to this season’s big bad, The Sinnerman (Kevin Carroll). “Detective Marcus Pierce will have a history with The Sinnerman, so that’s where our stories start to collide,” he said.

Meanwhile, Lucifer will go in search for The Sinnerman in episode 2 after he learned in the premiere that he was the one who gave him his wings back. But Carroll’s character will only be introduced in episode 6. In episode 2, Dr. Linda (Rachael Harris) will be extremely concerned that Lucifer is exhausting all of his energy tracking down the villain.

Additionally, Lucifer and Chloe won’t also have a very peaceful relationship in episode 2. But they will be forced to set their differences aside after Lucifer takes interest in the case that Chloe is handling. Just like in the majority of the episodes from the previous seasons, Lucifer and Chloe will successfully solve their upcoming case.

In other news, a jealous Amenadiel is curious why Lucifer got his wings back when their dad, God, decided to take his away. The brothers, who have been fighting for their dad’s approval, will get into an argument in episode 2.

“Lucifer” Season 3, episode 2 will air on Fox on Monday at 8 p.m. EDT.
