Madonna’s 16-year-old daughter, Lourdes, appears to be following in her mother’s footsteps in more ways than just bold fashion statements.

According to Us Weekly, Lourdes is “boy crazy” and already dating another teen celebrity: “Homeland” actor Timothee Chalamet, who plays Finn Walden, the son of Vice President William Walden, on the hit Showtime series. The teenagers are both students at La Guardia High School of Music & Art & Performing Arts, Page Six reported. “It’s common knowledge at the school that the pair are dating,” a source told the Post.

"Dating is a loose term for it, but yes, they are teenagers being teenagers so I guess you can call it that," another source told Us Weekly. "It has not been going on for very long at all."

But the source added that while the two are romantically involved, they are probably not exclusive. "Lola certainly likes her boys just like her mother!” the source said. “I'm not sure he's the only boy in her life."

Lourdes’ father, Carlos Leon, who dated Madonna in the '90s while working as her personal trainer, has admitted to being overprotective of his daughter. In a press interview promoting his 2011 movie, “Immigration Tango,” Carlos told People magazine, “I got the best thing out of that relationship, and that’s my daughter. My daughter is everything to me.” He also added that although Lourdes, who was then 14, hadn’t started dating yet, he was already getting anxious about it. “I’m dreading it . . . because she’s my little girl,” Leon said. “I want her to stay young forever. I’m already overprotective, so when the time comes, I will be ready to have a talk with the guy she brings through the door. He better be ready, because I’ll give him the rundown!”

Neither reps for Madonna nor Chalamet have confirmed the rumors.
