Talking Dead
Episode 3 of "The Talking Dead" featured guests Marilyn Manson, Jack Osbourne and Gale Anne Hurd. AMC

“What you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.”

That quote from Adam Sandler’s 1995 comedy “Billy Madison” is exactly what “Talking Dead” viewers were thinking after watching singer Marilyn Manson on the “Walking Dead” talk show.

After a jaw-dropping reveal in the last five minutes of episode 3 of “The Walking Dead,” fans tuned in to “The Talking Dead” with Chris Hardwick to break down “Isolation.” But viewers didn’t get an intelligent and comedic discussion about the latest episode of the hit AMC TV show. Instead they were treated to insane ramblings from Marilyn Manson, who drowned out any intelligent conversation that guests Jack Osborne and “Walking Dead” producer Gale Anne Hurd were trying to have.

The episode started off with Marilyn Manson’s microphone not working as he began talking about how Carol looks like Jamie Lee Curtis in the Activia commercials. His mind then jumped from Activia commercials to whether or not zombies defecate, to which Hardwick responded, “Number one I don’t write the show. Number two is his microphone down?” Manson then accused Hardwick and the show of putting his mic out and “trying to censor me.”

The antics only got worse after that. If you were one of the fans that were forced to turn off the usually entertaining “Talking Dead” in order to keep your sanity, ComicBook.com transcribed Manson’s incoherent and beyond long-winded rants … rants so bad that host Chris Hardwick actually called him out for it.

In one of the later segments during episode 3 of “The Talking Dead,” Manson began to talk about the difference between Rick and The Governor.

“The difference between Rick and The Governor is The Governor did have his small community locked down in more of like a Hitler-type situation, where they all were afraid of him, and he ruled by fear,” Manson said.

“You had me until Hitler,” Hardwick responded.

“What I’m saying is that he had everyone run by fear,” Manson explained. “Rick tried to run it more as a democracy.”

“I’m understanding what you’re saying,” Hardwick countered with a little sass. “I’m so excited.”

“So I think that The Governor is going to lead the zombies because he’s so bad,” the singer continued. “And he’s going to lead them on a personal vendetta.”

“I tell you what,” the “Talking Dead” host countered. “If you’re right, I’m going to be so mad, because I’m not understanding anything else that you’ve said tonight, and this is actually a very good, lucid point.”

Marilyn Manson On Why Carol Killed Karen And David

Marilyn Manson (MM): No, but I think the recklessness of it. She was just making decisions on her own emotions. She’s made about all the things in her life. Maybe she hasn’t gotten laid in a while. She’s like menstruating. Who knows what’s going on?

Chris Hardwick (CH): I’m not sure if I support those last two theories.

Marilyn Manson On Hershel Using Elderberries To Help Those Infected With The Flu

MM: Can you take that for Jack’s genital warts? (Referring to fellow guest Jack Osbourne).

CH: We have a caller. What’s your name and where are you calling from?

MM: He doesn’t have those. I’m kidding.

Marilyn Manson On Who Could Be Feeding The Walkers The Rats

MM: I think it’s Carol’s daughter.

CH: No. No. Sophia? I don’t think so. I think they wrapped that one up.

Marilyn Manson On Where The Prison Survivors Should Move To Next

MM: Isn’t there like any abandoned strip bars?
