German golfer Martin Kaymer incredibly hit a hole-in-one while skipping the ball across a pond on the 16th hole of a practice round at the Masters.

Attempting to skip a ball across the 16th hole during practice is a long-honored Masters tradition, but few even get close to the hole, let alone make the shot. Vijay Singh managed to do it in 2009, but Kaymer's amazing shot seems to take the cake.

Kaymer skipped the ball across the pond on Monday afternoon only to see it roll into the cup - eliciting huge cheers from the crowd on hand.

Watch the amazing shot for yourself and get ready for the Masters to officially begin on Thursday.
