The woman who is accusing actor Matthew Fox of assault is now pressing charges.

Heather Bormann, 29, spoke about the bizarre incident involving the actor and a party bus outside a bar in Cleveland, OH.

He was inebriated, the smell off of him was like a bar, just like a bar, Bormann told TMZ.

I'm pressing charges . . . assault is wrong, no matter who it's from . . . I really do feel violated, she added.

Bormann admitted to not knowing who Fox was during the scuffle.

According to earlier reports, the Lost and Party of Five star allegedly tried to board a party bus operated by Bormann, who works as a bus driver. When Fox was denied entrance, he began punching the her in the chest and stomach. But Bormann was quick to respond.

I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards, she told TMZ.

Cleveland officials only detained Fox, 45, for a short period of time.

Fox, who played Jack Shephard on ABC's Lost for six seasons, has been spending time in Cleveland filming an upcoming movie.

Reps for the actor have not commented on the incident.
