May 2016 Premiere Dates: Over 20 New TV Shows And Seasons Airing This Month

May is a month where TV lovers usually have to say goodbye to their favorite shows. However, there are also plenty of juicy new premieres to keep viewers going over the summer.

One of the biggest highlights on the drama front belongs to “Person of Interest” on CBS. After being left off of the network’s schedule at the beginning of the year, a May 3 premiere date was finally announced in March. The episode will not only mark the start of the show’s fifth season, but its final season as well. After much speculation CBS confirmed that they would be canceling it.

Meanwhile, reality TV lovers won’t want to miss a moment of “The Bachelorette” when it kicks off on Monday, May 23. This year JoJo Fletcher, who was dumped by Ben Higgins during the finale of “The Bachelor,” will get a second chance at finding love with some new sexy and single men.
