Meek Mill could be headed back to prison. The 28-year-old rapper was ordered to appear in a Philadelphia court Thursday for reportedly violating his probation stemming from a 2009 conviction.

According to TMZ, Mill (real name Robert Rihmeek Williams ) had to meet with a judge because he didn't get permission to go to the American Music Awards last month. The "All Eyes On You" rapper was put on probation after he was convicted of drug dealing and gun possession. As a result of the probation, Mill is required to get a travel voucher before leaving his hometown of Philadelphia. The outlet claims he reportedly didn't get the voucher before going to the AMAs, held Nov. 22 in Los Angeles.

If Mill is sent to prison, it wouldn't be the first time he’s gotten in trouble for violating his probation. Last year the rapper served five months for scheduling tours outside of Philadelphia without permission. TMZ reported at the time that Mill also got in trouble for changing his cell phone number and ranting about the District Attorney's Office on Twitter.

Mill and his girlfriend Nicki Minaj have yet to comment on his legal trouble, but the "Anaconda" rapper is dealing with her own family drama.

As previously reported, Minaj's older brother Jelani Maraj was arrested last week on Long Island, New York, and charged with raping a minor. According to the New York Daily News, Maraj showed up to the Nassau County courthouse Wednesday with his mom Carol Maraj and his lawyer Andrea Zellan for a preliminary hearing.

The 37-year-old has been accused of raping a 12-year-old more than once. Sources told the Daily News that the victim is someone he had "access to." Minaj reportedly posted his $100,000 bail.
