Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj just took a huge step in their relationship by moving in together.

According to TMZ, the Pennsylvania native and the “Anaconda” rapper have decided to rent one in Beverly Hills for $30,000 a month. In addition, the mansion comes with 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a colossal sized swimming pool and a stunning view of Los Angeles.

The lease for the mansion lease is in Minaj’s name but there’s no explanation as to why. According to the site Money Nation, the Young Money artist’s net worth is $77 million and her boyfriend is worth $10.8 million.

Their big decision comes after they faced some hardships in their relationship. The Philly rapper was placed on a 90-day house arrest in February after he violated his probation. According to Rolling Stone, Meek Mill got into trouble when he went to the American Music Awards in November 2015 without permission.

One of the conditions of his probation was that the he couldn’t leave his hometown of Philadelphia for either business or personal reasons, and he wasn’t allowed to do any shows either. But ever since that 90-day period was up, photos of the “R.I.C.O.” rhymer enjoying himself in California where Minaj has resided for years have surfaced.

In December 2015, when Meek Mill faced the judge in his probation hearing, he explained why so much trouble has followed him in the past, and he also said that he planned to do better.

“I hang in clubs, people from the hood, the streets, where people are not about the same things as me,” he explained. “I have to walk away … I walk around with Queen Nicki. Things are different now. I act different. I can be the biggest rapper in the world. I don’t want to be a criminal. I don’t want to be a gangster, but I’m not a perfect man. I have the potential to be greater than I am today.” Complex shared a portion of the rapper's comments to the judge.

Moving in together isn’t the only new things in Mill’s life. The artist recently shared a new song snippet on his Instagram page, but it’s not clear if the cut will be on the rapper’s highly anticipated “DreamChasers 4” mixtape. “I got the key to the streets / I got the key to the safe / He wanna see what I’m selling / I put a key in his face / I just came back from the dealer, I got the key to the Wraith / I got the key to the Billy Truck / When I leave the booth I’m gonna pick it up,” he raps in the project.

In July, Minaj’s man shared some of the tracklist to the mixtape, which includes features from Lil Uzi Vert, Pusha T, Blac Youngsta, Young Thug and Akon, but there’s still no release date in sight.
