  • This comes days after they hosted a fundraising event for Republican National Committee donors at the Florida club

Melania Trump and husband Donald Trump were spotted Wednesday enjoying dinner at his private club Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, a report says.

In photos published by Daily Mail, Melania and the former president sat side-by-side at a round table outdoors at one of Mar-a-Lago's restaurants.

The former model stunned in a chic black sleeveless dress. Meanwhile, Trump sported a navy suit, white button-up shirt and a striped tie for the dinner date.

Although Trump and Melania opted to dine at a public restaurant alongside other guests, they reportedly made sure that no one would bother them during their meal by having a red velvet security rope separating their table from the rest. Even if one guest was able to take a picture of them at the venue, the "security was tight" throughout the evening, the outlet noted.

While this was the former first lady's second public appearance in a week, the outing is only the seventh public appearance for Melania since they left the White House on Jan. 20, the report noted.

The Trumps’ dinner comes just days after they stepped out together for a fundraising event held at the Florida club. The ex-POTUS hosted a dinner at his club for Republican National Committee donors Saturday.

Melania donned a $2,000 white gown by Giambattista Valli for the event. She stunned in the figure-hugging shimmering dress, which she paired with white heels. Meanwhile, Trump wore a black suit for the fundraiser.

In one photo, Melania stood beside her husband, and they both smiled as they greeted the guests who welcomed them with applause.

The former first lady has been relishing a more private life since they moved to Florida and is rarely seen out and about in public. However, she is already back on social media and has made several posts in the past weeks.

In one of her posts in March, she wished her son, Barron Trump, a happy 15th birthday. Last week, she extended her condolences to Queen Elizabeth II and the royal family following Prince Philip’s passing on April 9.

"President Trump and I extend our deepest condolences to Her Majesty the Queen, the Royal Family, and the people of Great Britain as the world mourns the loss of Prince Philip," Melania wrote on Twitter.
