Thousands of Michael Jackson fans around the world have gathered to celebrate what would have been the singer's 51st birthday on Saturday.

The king of pop died on June 25 and on Friday his death was ruled a homicide from drug overdose. The latest ruling has fueled speculation that his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, may soon be charged with manslaughter or another crime.
