Since the LG G4 features a curved design, the thickness of the handset varies 6.3 mm to 9.8 mm. It is available with different colored leather back covers.

The Lumia 950 XL has a larger display of 5.7 inches. The AMOLED screen delivers Quad HD resolution. The Quantum IPS screen of the LG G4 that measures 5.5 inches also supports Quad HD resolution.

The Snapdragon 810 v2.1 featuring octa-core processor powers the new phablet from Microsoft. The SoC is assisted by 3 GB of RAM. The expansion slot on the handset supports up to 200 GB of microSD. The Lumia 950 XL and the LG G4 are both available in a single native storage of 32 GB.

Since LG has refrained from using Snapdragon 810 chipset on its popular smartphones this year because of overheating problems, the LG G4 is powered by the hexa-core processor of the Snapdragon 808 chipset. It is coupled with 3 GB of RAM. It supports a max of 128 GB of microSD on its expansion slot.

The Lumia 950 XL has a 20-megapixel camera on its back and a selfie camera of 5-megapixel. The LG G4 has a 16-megapixel camera on its rear and it houses a front-facing camera of 8-megapixel.
