Josh Flagg is ready to tie the knot.

On Tuesday, Josh shared a few details about his upcoming wedding with Bobby Boyd. “I am very excited. You’re only supposed to get married once, so you better appreciate it while you’re doing it,” the “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star told Entertainment Tonight. According to him, there are three things that would make his big day perfect “white flowers, good music and best food ever.”

Aside from sharing what he considered as key factors in his nuptials, Josh revealed that his fiance has a different wedding plan. “Bobby wanted a small wedding. I wanted a big one. We had to both make compromises. Wedding planning is not an easy task, but when it’s over and the day comes, I plan on it being the best day of my life,” Josh said.

Josh and Boyd will exchange “I dos” on Sept. 9 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The reality realtor explained that the hotel is very dear to him as his family has a lot of memories there. Her grandparents were regular customers and he learned to love the place at a very young age.

Among the wedding guests on their big day are Josh’s Bravo co-stars James Harris and David Parnes. The guest list also includes “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky, “Real Housewives of New York” star Sonja Morgan, Eden Sassoon celebrity jeweler Neil Lane and comedy writer Bruce Vilanch.

Josh proposed to Boyd over a year ago with an epic flash mob routine at the Four Seasons Hotel George V. His proposal aired in one episode of “MDLLA” earlier this year. The reality star also shared their engagement on Instagram.

“Only once in a lifetime, do you have the privilege of falling in love with your best friend and love of your life,” Josh wrote in the caption. “I truly am blessed. On Bastille Day, July 14, Bobby and I were engaged. Watch this sneak peak of our flash mob in Paris. It was truly the most spectacular moment in both of our lives!”
