Former Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos is no stranger to controversy or getting people riled up, and his latest social media post is no different. On Wednesday, the former editor took to Instagram to post a photo of himself outside of the North Broward Detention Facility in Florida with a caption that read, “#FREEX @heroinfather.”

The person tagged in the photo is 19-year-old rapper, XXXTentacion. Real name, Jahseh Onfroy, the Florida rapper is currently behind bars awaiting trial after he was arrested on charges of witness tampering, false imprisonment and aggravated battery of a pregnant victim. The victim was eventually revealed to be his ex-girlfriend.

While Yiannopoulos may be a fan of XXXTentacion — previously posting a photo of him that also read “Free X” — there was one problem with his call for the rapper’s freedom: Milo was at the wrong jail. The hip-hop artist is currently being held at the Paul Rein Detention Facility.

Although the charges against XXXTentacion are extreme, the young rapper claims there is no evidence against him and believes he will be sent home. “For a conviction, it all comes down to hard evidence, and it’s sad to say I’m in jail with no evidence in any case,” he told XXL.

“Broward gets paid to prosecute so that’s why they’re been holding on to me — for money. It’s not for right or wrong, it’s not because I committed anything. They’re getting money from me being in here and that’s why they’re holding on to me and a couple other inmates,” he added.

Milo, who describes himself as the “most fabulous supervillain on the internet,” also shared an iTunes playlist of his that featured the XXXTentacion song, “Look At Me.” Yiannopoulos’ list of songs also included tracks from Chief Keef, Fredo Santana, Young Thug and Skepta.
