Miranda Kerr has a little accident while posing for pictures in Shanghai, China. The Australia supermodel was sitting on top of a banister when she slid off and fell unexpectedly, E!News reported.

Kerr was posing for pictures and had raised her right leg on the banister as she waved both hands in the air, when she suddenly lost her balance and slid off the banister. She yelled out in surprise when she began to fall. Fortunately the banister was not far from the ground and Kerr survived the incident without any serious injuries.

According to E!News, the model still managed to look somewhat poised and graceful while she was losing her balance. Kerr also looked fashionable during the incident, with her black pants and white halter top with a lacy bottom.

Kerr was also a good sport over the accident and shared a short clip of it on Instagram. She captioned the video, “Whoops!”

The former Victoria’s Secret model was in China to attend the Swarovski light-up ceremony held in Shanghai on Monday, Dec. 7, according to Express. The model wore a festive look during the event with a short red dress which had a high neckline and red caped sleeves. She completed her ensemble with a pair of black suede thigh high boots and a stunning necklace.

Kerr, who is a Swarovski’s brand ambassador, has also helped designed a line of jewelry for the company. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in November, she shared that she designed her Swarovski collection hoping that someone would feel “uplifted” when they wear it. “I wanted to create a collection that had real intention behind it,” she said. “Because that's really what I'm all about. I want to know that when someone is wearing a piece from the collection, they feel uplifted.”

As for holiday plans, the supermodel is planning to spend the Christmas holiday in Australia with her family and 5 year old son Flynn. However, Kerr and her son will not be spending a lot of time in Australia since she’s also planning a birthday party for her son who will turn 6 on Jan. 6.

"We'll be in Australia for Christmas and then back for his birthday," she said in a previous interview. "We're just going to have a little party for him and all his friends…He loves balloons so I'm sure there will be plenty of balloons."
