“Mistresses” Season 4, episode 12 will revolve around April’s (Rochelle Aytes) struggles regarding her pregnancy.

In the sneak peek for the finale episode, April’s friends Joss (Jes Macallan) and Karen (Yunjin Kim) are both surprised to find out that the former is expecting a baby. Both Joss and Karen are wondering if April has already told her ex-boyfriend Mark (Rob Mayes) that he’s the father. Karen also asked April is she’s planning to keep the child, and she said yes. However, April doesn’t know if she should tell Mark the truth now that they have called it quits. After all, she thinks that Mark will feel obligated to get back together with her because of their baby and not because he really wants to be with her, according to Spoilers Guide.

Meanwhile, “Back to the Start” will also focus on Karen’s relationship with Adam (Justin Hartley) and her nanny Lydia (Alanna Masterson). In the previous episodes, Karen and Lydia developed a close bond with each other. However, the latter also abused her boss’ kindness by using her photo on a dating app. Lydia pretended to be Karen so she could meet guys. However, Karen recently busted her and fired her after discovering her scheme. In the teaser, Lydia seems to be contemplating on taking her own life. According to ABC, Lydia’s decision will have major consequences on Karen’s life.

In other news, Joss’ fiancé Harry (Brett Tucker) will be faced with some pretty shocking revelations of his own. He finds out that he fathered a son, and now all grown up, the guy – who has some obvious resemblance with him – tells Harry that he is his father. “What do you mean you’re my son?” he asked the unnamed male character.

“Mistresses” Season 4, episode 12 will air on Monday night at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
