When Nancy Grace hit the dance floor of Dancing with the Stars with her partner, Tristan MacManus, on Monday, her wardrobe malfunction was a sight that few will forget.

Grace was dancing the quickstep with her partner when one of her breasts popped out of her dress which prompted ABC to cut away to a shot of the audience.

Some in the audience laughed, while others got embarrassed at the unfortunate moment.

Regardless of the incident, Grace readjusted her dress, buried her face in MacManus' shoulder and managed to dance with gusto, scoring 21/30.

But Grace denied the nip slip she had during an awkward wardrobe malfunction Monday.

She told Reuters that the popping out of the nipple on Monday night's Dancing With the Stars was merely an optical illusion.

Tonight, when we were doing our hopscotch portion of our dance, there was a little bit of movement but it did not rise to a wardrobe malfunction, Grace said. We have taken every precaution known to men in this dress right here -- I'm talking industrial size precaution. There may have been, as Tristan said, a little bit of jiggling but there was absolutely not a wardrobe malfunction.

Grace denied the news saying she wasn't aware that her wardrobe on the show so far has been revealing, Reuters reported.

I didn't even understand the joke last week, Grace said, referring to a comment made by judge Bruno Tonioli. He said, 'Oh, you brought the twins?' and I said 'Yeah, they're right over there.' I didn't even get it.

Grace later said that she thought Tonioli was commenting in reference to her three-year-olds, Lucy and John.

But the 51-year-old insisted that there was no actual nip-slip that took place during the show. Given below is the video:
