Fourteen ping-pong balls will decided the order for the upcoming draft in the 32nd Annual NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night. The Philadelphia 76ers have the best odds of landing the first overall selection, giving them the opportunity to choose between projected top picks Ben Simmons of LSU or Brandon Ingram of Duke on June 23 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

After winning a league-low 10 games, Philadelphia has a 25 percent chance of winning the No. 1 pick in the draft. The team could also choose to swap picks with the Sacramento Kings because of a trade that was made last year. It’s unlikely to happen, however, since Sacramento has just a 1.9 percent chance of getting the top selection.

The Los Angeles Lakers have the second-best odds of getting the No. 1 pick, but they also have a chance to lose their pick altogether. Dating back to the deal in which L.A. acquired Steve Nash in 2012, the 76ers get the Lakers’ pick if it doesn’t fall within the top three.

The New York Knicks missed the playoffs last season, but they won’t have a lottery pick unless they make a trade before the draft. The Knicks’ pick belongs to the Denver Nuggets, dating back to the trade that sent Carmelo Anthony to New York.

After Simmons and Ingram, the draft class becomes a bit more uncertain. Dragan Bender of Croatia, Kris Dunn of Providence, Buddy Hield of Oklahoma and Jamal Murray of Kentucky are all considered possible picks at No. 3.
