A North Carolina man, web developer George Huger gets $35,000 from expired Bush library domain name and sold it back.

He bought the rights for $5, and then sat on them for two years, It turned to $35,000 richer after selling the Web address http://www.GeorgeWBushLibrary.com was about to expire.

He recently sold them to Florida-based Yuma Solutions, which the Bush Library Foundation says is in charge of Web site care.

Huger is looking for expiring domain names but rights to the new president's address, BarackObamaLibrary.com, are already taken.
