Some of the biggest games of the entire 2017 NFL regular season are scheduled for Week 15. The AFC’s No.1 seed, the AFC West winner and the NFC West winner will all likely be determined by head-to-head matchups, and the betting odds favor two of the three road teams.

It starts Saturday when the Los Angeles Chargers visit the Kansas City Chiefs. Both teams are tied atop the AFC West, and Kansas City won in Los Angeles earlier this season. The betting line is in favor of the Chargers, who have won seven of their last nine games. The Chiefs ended a three-way tie in the division by beating the Oakland Raiders in Week 14, winning for just the second time in eight games.

Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers is the marquee Week 15 matchup. The winner will be in the driver’s seat to get home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. Pittsburgh will be at home with a one-game lead in the standings, though they are slight betting underdogs, despite New England losing to the Miami Dolphins in Week 14.

The contest between the NFC West’s top two teams features the same exact point spread as the aforementioned games. The Seattle Seahawks are two-point favorites against the Los Angeles Rams, who have a one-game lead in the division. Seattle won in L.A. by a field goal earlier this season. They could fall two games out of both the division and wild-card race with a loss Sunday.

The Carolina Panthers host the Green Bay Packers in a game that will have major NFC wild-card implications. Aaron Rodgers is expected to make his return for the Packers, who are two games behind both Carolina and the Atlanta Falcons for the two wild-card berths.

A couple of division winners are expected to have easy victories Sunday. The New Orleans Saints are the biggest Week 15 favorites, giving the visiting New York Jets 16 points. The Jacksonville Jaguars are favored by 11.5 points over the Houston Texans. The Minnesota Vikings are also double-digit favorites when they host the Cincinnati Bengals.

There are no opening betting odds for the game between the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills because it’s unknown if Tyrod Taylor will play. Buffalo is the No.6 seed in the AFC.
