To the relief of many hockey fans the NHL season will reportedly start on Jan. 19 with a 48 games in the mix.

While the league is still finalizing the schedule, odds makers at Bovada.lv have put together a slew of prop and future bets for the lockout shortened year.

For league MVP it’s the usual suspects of Pittsburgh’s Sidney Crosby and Tampa Bay’s Steven Stamkos, who is also favored to snag the Maurice Richard Trophy for top goal scorer.

Ottawa Senator defensman Erik Karlsson is the favorite for the James Norris Trophy, and New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundquist could pick up his second straight Vezina.

Though with a shortened schedule and very little idea as to what kind of condition players and teams will be in, no one can really be considered a lock.

Bovada also broke down the division winners and over/unders for each team’s point totals.
